Heads the global team and fueled the growth of Vernalis Systems to what it is today. Under his leadership Vernalis Systems grew to a total of 250 people strong organization spread across New York, London, Koln, Chennai, Pune and Madurai.

Bala expanded the service lines of Vernalis Systems to add Engineering Design and Media Solutions to Technology there by increasing the market potential, clientele and revenue streams. Now Vernalis Systems is providing solutions in these services lines globally.

Bala founded Vernalis Capital which invests in companies across the globe. Current portfolio comprises of companies in infrastructure, logistics, food and beverages, refrigeration, health care and talent management.

Bala is responsible for formulating company strategies, promoting and managing organizational growth and accelerating business development and preparedness of the organization to meet current and future opportunities and growth.

Before taking over as CEO, Bala played a leading role in the information technology division of global organizations in Asia, Europe and the United States. For more than 10 years he provided IT consulting services to a wide range of industries and companies such as Gillette, Texas Instruments, Guardian Life Insurance and as well as two of the largest professional service and accounting firms in the world.

Bala holds an Engineering degree from the University of Madras. Bala loves traveling and is an avid reader.

Nanda Rajasek
COO

Drives the global operations of Vernalis Systems currently spreading across several countries.

Nanda is responsible for infrastructure readiness, quality control on our services, human resources, managing business processes making Vernalis Systems capable of managing the global delivery mechanism for Technology, Engineering and Media service lines.

Nanda oversees the Vernalis Capital initiatives in the areas of infrastructure, logistics, food and beverages and refrigeration.

Prior to assuming the current position Nanda provided 10 years of consulting services in the systems integration divisions of global organizations in United States including Caterpillar, P&O Nedlloyd, Ernst & Young etc.

Nanda holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering from Madras University.

Nate Hanafy
Managing Director - North America

Nate heads up business development and marketing efforts for Vernalis Systems. Nate utilizes his extensive expertise in software and business process consulting to assist clients throughout the Americas and in Europe. He works with executives from global corporations to understand their business vision, identifies the technology tools that can help make the vision a reality, and ensures successful implementation.

Nate's has experience in the fields of finance, professional services, emergency preparedness, media and professional sports. Prior to joining Vernalis Systems he served as Product Manager and Software Solution Consultant at one of the Big Four accounting firms and as a Senior Information System Analyst at Johnson & Johnson.

Nate holds a BA (Honors) in Computer Science and a BA (Honors) in Economics from Rutgers College. He holds a Project Management Professional certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Within Vernalis Systems, Nate is a member of our Global Executive Committee. He leads global client and product development initiatives concentrating on corporate social networking and knowledge management processes.

Fergus Gallagher
Managing Director - EMEA

Fergus is responsible for the customer service aspects of the Technology and Engineering Divisions within Europe, ensuring solutions are developed and implemented in a simple and consistent manner for all our clients.

Fergus brings his 20 years of IT management and consultative experience to Vernalis Systems, encompassing design, development and implementation across a range of industry sectors. His expertise ranges from Systems Management and Development to Product Development through Advisory Consultancy.

Before joining Vernalis Systems, Fergus built and delivered IT projects for multi-national organizations, managed market delivery of IT products from inception to final distribution and helped with development of IT strategy and planning for leading management consultancy firms.

He is now particularly focused in assisting smaller to medium sized organizations that can now benefit from leading technology irrespective of their nature and size.

Malarmangai Chandrasekaran
Group Chief Financial Officer

With over 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the finance domain, Malar now plays the role of the Group Chief Financial Officer. Her areas of responsibilities include Corporate Finance, Taxation, Financial Governance, Risk Management and Mergers & Acquisitions for the whole group.

Malar holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
