In addition to production machinery maintenance, this module allows you to maintain the other major electrical and mechanical components such as electrical generators, compressors and elevators. It also supports existing quality management systems to maintain a high-level of product quality with complete inspection procedures—from raw materials, to work-in-process, to customer and vendor returns. Purchase
This module provides complete purchasing control to generate and track purchase orders from purchase indent preparation to purchase order issue and material receipts . The Purchase module provides controls for the complete procurement process which includes vendor quotation handling, material receipt and material inspection.
The module helps the purchase team to analyze and compare vendor prices before preparing a purchase order. Purchase requisitions can be generated automatically from re-order level or can be entered by users. Once approved, requisitions can be automatically converted to Purchase Orders.
Purchase module comes with reports like vendor rating based on evaluation report for price / quality / delivery, pending purchase order reports, pending purchase indents and vendor outstanding. |

Finance and Accounting
The main advantage of Finance and Accounting Module is, its' completely Transaction based unlike journal based. This implies most of the accounting functions are handled through relevant transactions in other Modules there by saving lot of time. The Module contains complete functionality required for any Accounting Department right from vouchers to the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account.
This module offers Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cost Center wise Budgeting and Aging Analysis. As it is an integrated module, the sales and purchase transactions are updated directly there by saving lot of time.
Budgeting and Variance Analysis between Budgeted and Actual figures helps in controlling the Enterprise Expenses and Income efficiently. Aging analysis of Payables and Receivables for both debtors and creditors are some the key features of this module. It provides a host of reports and can be used for generating Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement. This module also handles statutory tax related transaction. |

HR Module
HR module streamlines the management of human resources and human capital. HR module maintains a complete employee database including contact information, salary details, attendance, performance evaluation and promotions. This module also has an in-built Leave Management System and Employee Loan Processing System. HR module can be customized to integrate with any time tracker system to track employee attendance and over-time.
