Vernalis Systems goes to tremendous lengths to handpick the right candidates to join our exceptional team. Our success directly depends on the strength of our people and their commitment to excellence.
Our recruitment process involves four stages of evaluation and analysis. Depending on the area of the interest (Technology, Engineering, or Media), we start with the assessment of situational knowledge. During this evaluation, candidates for employment are asked to solve a real world problem, and are subsequently assessed using the following four measures:
- a) Approach to arriving at the solution
- b) Thought process and the ability to apply skills in providing a solution
- c) Attention to detail
- d) Attempt to present a total solution
This evaluation allows the candidate to demonstrate their skill set as well as their ability to work under pressure.
Upon successful completion of this first round of evaluations, each candidate is asked to participate in a formal interview, which involves a discussion of his or her CV and any assessments/referrals. During this stage, the first-round evaluation will be discussed.
The interviews are conducted by a current employee who holds a job identical to the available position, as well as by the manager of the specific team or department in which the available position belongs. All candidates are also introduced to our senior managers during the interview process.
Additionally, the candidate is given ample time to ask any questions about the company and how his or her professional life and career growth will be with Vernalis Systems.
A decision is made based on the collective feedback and overall assessment of the interview committee.
